Participation

Fenario Interactive experiences are currently intended for participants age 18 or older.

Participation is voluntary.

You may withdraw at any time.

Nature of the Experience

Fenario experiences may include fictional, staged, in-character, immersive, surprising, or emotionally intense content and interactions.

Participants are responsible for deciding whether they are comfortable continuing and may stop participation at any time.

Communications and Interactions

Participation may involve digital, telephone, postal, recorded, in-person, or other communications and interactions.

Calls, voicemails, audio, video, or in-person interactions may be recorded when recording is part of an experience.

Experience Material

Material created through participation in a Fenario experience may be retained, edited, incorporated, reproduced, and reused by Fenario Interactive in current or future experiences and related materials.

SMS

Participants who separately opt in to text messaging may receive experience-related messages from Fenario Interactive.

Messages may be sent manually or automatically.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help.

Fenario Interactive will honor reasonable requests to stop messaging even when a different clear method is used.

After an opt-out request, one non-promotional confirmation message may be sent.

Fenario Interactive does not use this SMS program for unrelated promotional or marketing messages.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw from an experience at any time by contacting:

support@fenariointeractive.com

Withdrawal stops future experience-related participation and contact.

Fenario Interactive may retain records and experience material as described in the Privacy Policy.

Fenario’s Right to End or Change an Experience

Fenario Interactive may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue an experience, messaging program, feature, or participant’s involvement at any time for operational, safety, security, conduct, technical, creative, or other reasonable reasons.

Availability, duration, message timing, specific features, and completion of any experience are not guaranteed.

Use of the Site

You may not interfere with the operation of the site or an experience, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, harass others, or use Fenario services unlawfully.

Privacy

Participation is subject to the Fenario Interactive Privacy Policy.
