Fenario Interactive may collect information you provide when entering or participating in an experience, including your name, mailing address, email address, mobile phone number, consent records, communications, participation information, and material created through participation.
How We Use Information
We may use this information to operate Fenario experiences, communicate with participants, provide support, maintain participation and consent records, protect our services, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Communications
Participation may involve communication by digital, telephone, postal, recorded, in-person, or other methods appropriate to an experience.
Fenario Interactive does not use participant contact information to send unrelated promotional or marketing messages.
SMS Privacy
Mobile information and SMS opt-in or consent information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers may process information as necessary to provide hosting, messaging, communications, technical, or support services on behalf of Fenario Interactive.
Recordings and Experience Material
Calls, voicemails, audio, video, or in-person interactions may be recorded when recording is part of an experience.
Material created through participation in a Fenario experience may be retained, edited, incorporated, reproduced, and reused by Fenario Interactive in current or future experiences and related materials.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw from an experience at any time by contacting:

You may separately stop text messages by replying STOP or by clearly communicating that you no longer wish to receive them.
Withdrawal ends future experience-related contact but does not require Fenario Interactive to delete historical, administrative, legal, business, consent, support, safety, or archival records, or material created through participation.
Retention
Fenario Interactive may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, operational, safety, support, archival, or recordkeeping purposes.
Security
Fenario Interactive uses reasonable measures intended to protect participant information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version and effective date will be posted here.
